Summary: Since February 2008 I am responsible of a team of about 8 persons (of various roles from Analysts to Senior Consultants) inside the Avanade Dynamics CRM solution division of Avanade Italy. When i am involved in a MICROSOFT Dynamics CRM project , my role is Solution Architect and/or Functional Designer (Responsible of gathering Requirement and analyze them). I worked as Technical or Functional Lead and/or Project Manager. When i am not directly involved in a project, main activities are related to pre sales and sales related to MICROSOFT Dynamics CRM (preparing Demo and presentation decks, answer to proposals...). During my work-life in Avanade, i've participated in the implementation of many Internet-based and MICROSOFT Dynamics CRM based applications (since late 2005).
